Wendy's is your Community Partner Our goal is to provide our guests with great service, fresh hot food, and a clean restaurant each and every time you visit. We want your visit to be the best that you have ever experienced in a quick service restaurant. We strive to meet and go beyond your expectation at every visit. We want to be a part of enriching our community by offering a variety of Community Partner Programs. Our locations in Fort Wayne and surrounding communities include all Wendy's restaurants in Fort Wayne, New Haven, Auburn, Decatur, Columbia City, and Wendy's in Van Wert & Lima, Ohio. In addition, our market includes Wendy's in South Bend & Mishawaka, Indiana, and in Michigan, Benton Harbor, St. Joseph and Niles. Our main office is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Product Donations We offer a free rental of our 10-gallon beverage containers (deposit required and fully refunded when coolers are returned), syrup* concentrate (sell at cost to non-profit organizations - only available in the Fort Wayne market) and free cold cups to be used at fundraisers, school picnics, sports games, or other special events. The program is totally free to not-for-profit organizations and school groups. We may also help with the donation of some paper products and coupons. Wendy’s Fundraising Programs* Two great programs to choose from! Wendy's Jr. Frosty Fundraising Cards Earn 75% profit by selling Wendy's Jr. Frosty Cards for $1.00 each; earning 75 cents per card sold. The card entitles a customer to a Free Jr. Frosty Dairy dessert, with any purchase; it's reusable for one year. If your group plans to conduct a fundraiser near one of our locations, then give us a call. The fundraising cards are only valid at our franchise locations. Wendy's Get Together Nights Wendy's would love to offer your group the chance to raise money through out Get Together Fundraiser Program. These events may take place on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings between 5pm-8pm. Wendy's will donate 15% of sales generated by your group in the dining room, take out and drive-thru during that period. We provide a custom reproducible e-flyer for you to distribute. The more people that eat at Wendy's, the more funds you raise. Everyone at your school or organization can participate simply by enjoying a delicious Wendy's meal! Wendy's Bookmarks We can provide free bookmarks with a tear off coupon for a Jr. Frosty, to be distributed by local libraries, school librarians and any group interested in promoting reading to youth. Simply visit a participating Wendy’s and complete an entry form. Birthday Club members will receive a postcard good for a free Kids' Meal in the month of their birth date. Lending a Hand We can donate Wendy's cold cups for your non-profit or school event. You'll see our cups at little league parks, schools, PTA and PTO events, community walks and runs, and fundraising events around town. Wendy’s Bus Program We welcome large groups, buses and large take-out orders. Before or after your next field trip or sporting event, stop by Wendy’s for lunch or dinner. Simply call ahead to your local Wendy’s. We’ll offer a free meal to the bus driver and to one coach/teacher. Also, free drink refills for everyone. Event Sponsorship We are interested in your local event in our market areas. For consideration to sponsor your event, please email information to: wendysftwayne@wenroch.com. Wendy's Gift Cards If you are looking for a great gift, Wendy's Gift Cards are perfect. You may also reload your Wendy's Gift Card with any amount. Stop by and purchase one today. Incentives and Awards We can provide your school or group with coupons to help your group reward your members for outstanding achievements. Sporting Events & Teams We promote fitness and athletics throughout the community by supporting little leagues, sports tournaments, runs and walks, health fairs, soccer, football, marching band, softball and more. We can help your school or little league concession stand by donating free cold cups for the season. Summer camp coaches can count on us to donate coupons for all participants, too.
